Thug devleoper Sharif El- Gamal is treated with kid gloves. No mention of his rap sheet, his bullying of moderate Muslims against the mosque, or of the fact that he was just evicted from his office. He was a waiter a couple of years ago, and suddenly became a BSD developer on the medicare fraudster’s dime: his financier, Hisham Elzanaty, was a large funder of Hamas (exposed in the Holy Land terror funding trial) while defrauding medicaid out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Worse still, Imam Feisal Rauf was packaged like a big fuzzy teddy bear. Nothing about his previous first performance on 60 minutes. It was right after 911, and Rauf blamed America for the 911 attacks. “Osama Bin Laden is made in the USA.” Watch that video here.

He, too, was given a free pass. Nothing on his sanction of Hamas or his role in the jihad warship flotilla. Imam Rauf, the self-described “head coach” of the global strategic initiative — audio here (his “players” include “the President of the United States, or the President of Malaysia, or the President of England” [sic]), said the following in tonight’s 60 minutes episode:

“It’s my duty as an American Muslim to stand between you, the American non-Muslim and the radicals trying to attack you.”

More threats from this snake. He is going to save us ….. from jihadists? Who is going to save us from him? Please, Rauf, get out of the way, we’ll save ourselves, thankyouverymuch.

His motive to build a mega mosque on Ground Zero was made painfully clear in this quote in the NY Times back in December 2009, announcing the Ground Zero mosque, and subsequently scrubbed from the article.

“New York is the capital of the world, and this location close to 9/11 is iconic,” Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf

A presence so close to the World Trade Center, “where a piece of the wreckage fell,” Imam Feisal added, “sends the opposite statement to what happened on 9/11.”

How’s that?

“Building so close is owning the tragedy.”
Rauf is the self-described “head coach” of the global strategic initiative and I’m the “conspiracy theorist?” Then again, CBS minutes thinks Oliver Stone is a ……… genius. So much for investigative journalism.

Crawling Out from Under the Rauf Pamela Geller, American Thinker

Look what’s crawling out from under the Rauf. Without his Albright résumé and subdued dhimmedia running interference, it is plain as day that this hustler, the renowned “moderate” Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf of the Park 51 Ground Zero mega-mosque initiative, is a lowlife. He has been exposed as a rat and vermin slumlord whose tenants live without basic services like hot water. He scammed New Jersey politicians and got taxpayer dollars for rehabilitation of his infested, dilapidated buildings in Union City and Palisades Park, but still his victimized tenants live in squalor. So where’s the money?

The New Jersey Record reported that Rauf was sued for mortgage fraud in 2008 and settled the suit in June of that year. The suit reveals that Rauf owns two apartment buildings, one of which has been vacant since a fire broke out there — a year after Rauf ignored citations for twelve different fire code violations.
That’s not all. It has also recently come to light that Rauf and his wife, Daisy “the Con” Khan, listed their apartment as a mosque in order to conduct what amounts to tax fraud. Rauf was able to obtain tax-exempt status for his Muslim organization by deceiving the Internal Revenue Service: he told them that five hundred Muslims met regularly for worship at a “mosque” that was actually a tiny one-bedroom apartment (also listed as Daisy’s residence). Rauf sought “church status” — an official IRS term for a house of worship of any religion (though stealth Rauf, I am sure, is working the feds to change that term) — for his organization, the American Society for Muslim Advancement (ASMA), and the clueless feds granted the request.
Gaining “church status” means much more than just that your organization doesn’t have to pay taxes. It also means that you have very little accountability about how you spend your money.
Is New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg still kissing the backside of this “bridge-builder”?
And that’s not all that’s unsavory about the money that’s pouring into the building of the mega-mosque and the people connected with this scheme. Rauf’s thug developer in the project to build an Islamic supremacist mega-mosque on Ground Zero, Sharif El-Gamal, has a rap sheet a mile long. He recently wrote that “when you beat up someone physically you get exercise & stress relief,” and it seems clear that he spoke from experience. And his financier, Hisham Elzanaty, was a large funder of Hamas (exposed in the Holy Land Foundation jihad terror funding trial) while defrauding Medicare out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Tell me again: where is this thug getting 125 million dollars? El-Gamal is now being evicted for non-payment of rent for his SoHo office.

Meanwhile, Rauf continues to be open about his support for Sharia. This week he made this wild and Islamic supremacist claim: “90% of Sharia law is fully compatible — not only compatible — it’s consistent or compatible with American constitutional law and American laws. The areas of difference are small and minor.”

The objective of the stealth jihadists and the Muslim Brotherhood proxies in the U.S. (CAIR, ISNA, ICNA, MAS, MSA, et al.) is to impose Islam and Sharia on the U.S., and so it is with Ground Zero Mosque Imam Rauf.
Rauf is mainstreaming the Sharia and the jihad ideology. And in suggesting that those of us defending American freedom and opposing his Ground Zero mosque are “extremists,” he is trying to place 70% of Americans squarely on the same moral playing field as the Muslim terrorists who flew planes into buildings and have since committed close to 20,000 Islamic attacks of violent jihad across the world. The media and government fawning all over this subversive imam as he does this shows just how deeply we have been infiltrated by the enemy.
Make no mistake: Rauf did this. Rauf created this maelstrom over the Ground Zero mosque. Rauf created this divisiveness. Rauf created this fight, and he is loving every minute of it. It’s all Islam, all the time. He could have done the decent thing months ago and shown some modicum of human compassion by moving the mosque. He is incapable of that, and everybody knows it.
How much more has to come out about him and his thuggish pals before New York politicians start to wake up?

2008 – The year journalism really died

Is anyone honestly surprised by the revelations that members of the liberal left media plotted to kill stories about Reverend Jeremiah Wright during the 2008 presidential campaign?

For the now-defunct Journolist, a once powerful listserv, its members’ greatest fear was if Obama’s pastor story ran unchecked by them, re-plays of Reverend Wright’s sermons would be aired continuously during the primary battles, thus hurting the chances of The Chosen One, (chosen by us, of course.) Then, if Obama cleared the Hillary hurdle, voters would be hearing those sermons up until Election Day. This they knew would ultimately hurt the potential electability of the first African American president, who happened to be sitting in the pews for 20 years listening to these unspeakable sermons.

But no worry, candidate Obama never actually heard any of those sermons. So let’s just drop it, OK? Meanwhile let’s call all those nasty Republicans “racists” for wanting to explore this story. That will stop them! So now you know Journolist group think, circa 2008.

Now thanks to The Daily Caller, truth has come from darkness. Which makes me realize this is the best time to be Sean Hannity, for he has been supremely vindicated and here’s why.

During the 2008 campaign I was a frequent listener to his radio show. So I remember when Hannity first reported about Obama’s radical pastor back in mid – 2007, when no one was paying any attention to a freshman senator who had no chance of ever defeating Queen Hillary.

Then in 2008, Obama rose in stature, and unrelated to Hannity, the Reverend Wright story “broke.” Did it ever —- and then it just went away, except on the Sean Hannity Show.

After Obama won the nomination, Hannity would rant and rave about how Barack Obama was a leftist, socialist, radical with a questionable history of friendships and associations.

He did not let up day after day. As a result Hannity’s ratings went through the roof. I believe this was because most listeners believed what he said was true, and they were not getting much truth almost anywhere else in a media landscape completely smitten by Barack Obama. And yes, Hannity was not afraid to play “the best of” Reverend Wright’s sermons on a regular basis.

I was struck by how Hannity would always say 2008 was the year journalism died.

He was always talking about how the main stream media were NOT doing their job investigating this man who came from nowhere, who we did not know, and now was about to be elected President of Hannity’s America.

So fast forward to The Daily Caller’s revelations about the Journolist’s media manipulations and now we can declare with great certainty, that 2008 was in fact The Year Journalism Died.

It’s not just for Sean Hannity listeners anymore.

Most important, this tawdry tale must serve as a wake up call for our nation, and these questions must be raised: Is our free press really free if it’s able to be manipulated by powerful journalists, whose names we do not know, who have pre-determined who should hold the highest office in the land? If presidential campaign coverage can be manipulated, can you imagine how easy other issues can be manipulated by the media? Is our nation really ruled by a small group of media liberals who know what is best for us? God help us if that is true and God Bless Sean Hannity for staying true to truth.

Not to disrespect the dead but while we are hearing what a great man Ted Kennedy was…here is the “other” side…

              The  Last of The Kennedy Dynasty

              As soon as his cancer was detected, we noticed the immediate
attempt at the “canonization” of old Teddy Kennedy by the mainstream media.
They are saying what a “great American” he is.  Better say, let’s get a
couple things clear & not twist the facts to change the real history.

              1.    He was caught cheating at Harvard when he attended it.
He was expelled twice, once for cheating on a test, and once for paying a
classmate to cheat for him.

              2.    While expelled, Kennedy enlisted in the Army, but
mistakenly signed up for four years instead of two.  Oops!  The man can’t
count to four!  His father, Joseph P. Kennedy, former U.S. Ambassador to
England (a step up from bootlegging liquor into the US from Canada  during
prohibition), pulled the necessary strings to have his enlistment shortened
to two years, and to ensure that he served in Europe, not Korea , where a
war was raging.  No preferential treatment for him! (like he charged that
President Bush received).

              3.    Kennedy was assigned to Paris, never advanced beyond the

rank of Private, and returned to Harvard upon being discharged.  Imagine a
person of his “education” NEVER advancing past the rank of Private!

               4.    While attending law school at the University of
Virginia, he was cited for reckless driving four times, including once when
he was clocked driving 90 miles per hour in a residential neighborhood with
his headlights off after dark.  Yet his Virginia driver’s license was never
revoked.  Coincidentally, he passed the bar exam in 1959.  Amazing!

              5.    In 1964, he was seriously injured in a plane crash, and
hospitalized for several months.  Test results done by the hospital at the
time he was admitted had shown he was legally intoxicated.  The results of
those tests remained a “state secret” until in the 1980’s when the report
was unsealed.  Didn’t hear about that from the unbiased media, did we?

              6.    On July 19, 1969, Kennedy attended a party on
Chappaquiddick Island in Massachusetts .  At about 11:00 PM, he borrowed his
chauffeur’s keys to his Oldsmobile limousine, and offered to give a ride
home to Mary Jo Kopechne, a campaign worker.  Leaving the island via an
unlit bridge with no guard rail, Kennedy steered the car off the bridge,
flipped, and into Poucha Pond.

              7.    He swam to shore and walked back to the party, passing
several houses and a fire station.  Two friends then returned with him to
the scene of the accident.  According to their later testimony, they told
him what he already knew – that he was required by law to immediately report
the accident to the authorities.  Instead Kennedy made his way to his hotel,
called his lawyer, and went to sleep.  Kennedy called the police the next
morning and by then the wreck had already been discovered.  Before dying,
Kopechne had scratched at the upholstered floor above her head in the
upside-down car.

              The Kennedy family began “calling in favors”, ensuring that
any inquiry would be contained.  Her corpse was whisked out-of-state to her
family, before an autopsy could be conducted.  Further details are
uncertain, but after the accident Kennedy says he repeatedly dove under the
water trying to rescue Kopechne and he didn’t call police because he was in
a state of shock. It is widely assumed Kennedy was drunk, and he held off
calling police in hopes that his family could fix the problem overnight.
Since the accident, Kennedy’s “political enemies” have referred to him as
the distinguished Senator from Chappaquiddick.  He pled guilty to leaving
the scene of an accident, and was given a SUSPENDED SENTENCE OF TWO MONTHS.
Kopechne’s family received a small payout from the Kennedy’s insurance
policy, and never sued.  There was  later an effort to have her body exhumed
and autopsied,  but her family  successfully fought against this in court,
and  Kennedy’s family  paid their attorney’s bills… a “token of
friendship”?
              8.    Kennedy has held his Senate seat for more than forty
years, but considering his longevity, his accomplishments seem scant.  He
authored or argued for legislation that ensured a variety of civil rights,
increased the minimum wage in 1981, made access to health care easier for
the indigent, and funded Meals on Wheels for fixed-income seniors and is
widely held as the “standard-bearer for liberalism”. In his very first
Senate roll, he was the floor manager for the bill that turned U.S.
immigration policy upside down and opened the floodgate for immigrants from
third world countries.

              9.    Since that time, he has been the prime instigator and
author of every expansion of an increase in immigration, up to and including
the latest attempt to grant amnesty to illegal aliens.  Not to mention the
pious grilling he gave the last two Supreme Court nominees, as if he was the
standard bearer for the nation in matters of “what’s right”.  What a pompous
ass!

              10.    He is known around Washington as a public drunk, loud,
boisterous and very disrespectful to ladies.  JERK is a better description
than “great American”.  “A blonde in every pond” is his motto.

              Let’s not allow the spin doctors make this jerk a hero — how
quickly the American public forgets what his real legacy is.  Let’s keep
this going for truth, justice and the American way!
